Payment:

The Plan Proofing Fee is $6,600 (incl. GST). Full payment is required to secure your spot if your booking is within 4 weeks from the booking date. For bookings more than 4 weeks away, you can secure your spot with a $500 deposit and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to your booking.

An invoice will be sent to you once your booking date is confirmed.

Booking process:

• Complete the booking request form, and we’ll respond with our availability within two business days.

• Once your booking time is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice and contract to review and sign. After that, we’ll send you your Project Questionnaire to get started.

Important information:

• Our service complements your build team but does not replace them. It’s your responsibility to confirm feasibility and permit requirements with your team and obtain approval for the use of their plans.
